Wii will have more games I will like.

You said it yourself. The Wii has games you "like". But, games you "like" won't have much replay value. I say get a 360. If you like games with large budgets, the 360 is the way to go.
If you want the Wii then get it. There are many Wii's to go around. I have a Wii, and I get very excited every time I play with mine. It's great:)SmokieX

The Wii is on a lower plane. The PS3 and 360 have maintained the historical evolution of game consoles. The Wii is a step in another direction.Berserker_2

Well, Mass Effect is the game I want the most on the 360. Infact, I'd probably pick the Mass Effect trilogy over the entire Wii lineup. But that's just me.
I say get the 360. Why? Because that way you'll probably be able to follow when random people walking around start saying "Oh you remember that time when we were playing Halo 3 and..." and so forth when the game comes out. Not to mention if you have friends that get Halo 3 they'll be nagging you over and over saying "Why don't you have Halo 3? It's awesome" and whatever else Halo fans say.
EDIT: Oh. Forgot the part of the plan where you get a Wii for christmas.
