I loved the Heavenly Sword demo, and I have watched all the trailers on the internet. It'll be a good game, but it won't be GOTY. That position is reserved for such greats as Crysis, BioShock, Mass Effect, Super Mario Galaxy,or Halo 3. Hell, Uncharted has a better chance at getting GOTY than Heavenly Sword.

I can't predict the future, and neither can you, but I don't see Heavenly Sword beating out innovative games like BioShock and Mass Effect. You may think they aren't innovative, but they are innovative in how they combine different gameplay elements and present the world to the player. Heavenly Sword is pretty and it has a nice combat system that is a little more difficult to get used to, but it doesn't have what it takes to beat out the other games I listed.
