if 360 can run bioshock maybe it can run crysis

bioshock is a very demanding game, with the recommendedsystem requirements of the pc version being

Core 2 Duo
2 GB RAM
512 MB Video Ram

the pc version scored an editors choice of 9.0 as did the 360 version of this technically demanding game so maybe crysis could look almost as great on the360 as the pc version since that is the case when comparing bioshock it looks a bit better on the pc but yet they both scored 9.0 so it probably doesnt look too much beter now if crysis were to require more then 2 gb of system ram and more then 512 mb of video ram that would be a different story

Those are its recoomended. Im playing it with a single core prcessor, 7900 GT and 2gb of ram. I have the game maaxed out on dx9, same effects as 360.

Crytek said that isn't possible on consoles.

You really don't believe that statement do you?? I mean everytime a company makes a exclusive game that has great graphics they say no other system could run it. It's only hype talk and thats it. Crysis does look awesome without a doubt but I see it as something the 360 could certainly do. I do doubt the PS3 at the present time until developers learn how to program it correctly.

I do. Especialy since it's gameplay is constructed in a way that makes the usual console methods of "making it run" useless

Holy crap i hope it scores 8.0! that would mean its a great game. Sure we would be owned but i sure as hell would buy an 8.0!
