If Expansion Packs "Count" then why doesn't Ninja Gaiden Sigma?

Actually the "Rules" were discarded in favor of "Anarchy". Get with the times! ;) Everything is now open for a spirited debate. BTW hermits don't have a monopoly on expansion packs.

The argument that expansion packs are reviewed relative to other expansion packs and not stand alone games is reason enough.JiveT
Ah OF COURSE they are reviewed in comparison to the main game :|
