We know for a fact the game wasn't compromised by the 360 version the game is the same game they showed 2006 e3 the only change was for the 360 version where a disc change pop up would come up, the pacing, areas of the game haven't been changed.
and your right it does say there is a difference in compression not that the ps3 doesn't have compression of any form.
But for any one that comes after its a FACT the game hasn't been changed or compromised.

No we don't, we don't know either way and we'll never know. So why care?
I'm gonna be upset if the Ps3 version doesn't have uncompressed audio. They're using a freaking 50GB disc, there is no reason not to include it.
I don't think there's anything more overrated than uncompressed sound. Seriously.
the general population thinks mp3's sound good.... but in a quality comparison that doesn't make it right. run a low quality audio sample and a high quality audio sample through a high quality stereo and listen.... actually LISTEN (which is what most people don't do when they make this statement) i work with audio daily often for hours on end and i can say from personal experience that there is a BIG difference in quality. would you rather sit in front of an orchestra and listen to it or would you rather listen to it on a tape player with a little 4" speaker? thats a somewhat exaggerated approximation of the difference (i say somewhat exaggerated because its not too far off)
same goes with compressed video, some people don't mind watching a 4 gig movie that was compressed down to 600 megs because their screen is tiny and they don't see the compression blocks. me however, i see them and it drives me crazy.
long story short i spent a lot of money on both my audio and video setup and work with both alot so when it comes to those 2 things theres no such thing as "overrated"
