-Lists what the update is for and which games are affected of this update

-Store -Videos/Trailers

-Achievements

-Give gifts to friends (as in games)

-Browse the web during in-game

-You can upload your own gamer picture.

-Server lists, you can save them on favourites, history

Everything for no charge.

I said Steam is way better because they offer more such as free full game trials over the weekend (UT3 this weekend), Server lists, Favourite, News section. You are able to see what achievements your friends just got. Sells cheaper games, sometimes in bundles etc.

Well I use Games for Windows Live (because of Batman), and it doesn't seem to be bad, but there not much at the moment, and Steam is much better. I probably won't use Live much anyway.
