I submit if M$ made a MGS4 game it would be TERRIBLE, or at least mediocre. M$ knows how to market, but they really haven't got a lot of 1st party studio's under their wing.

They are excellent at securing 3rd Party exclusives, but those are NOT made by M$.

If Microsoft was making MGS4, it would be ruined. If MGS4 was ON 360 and MADE by Kojima, then yes, It will sell like mad because MS will promote the hell out of it.

whoa whoa whoa, the TC is saying that MGS4 would be good because MS would "promote the heck out of it" ? That's you're only reason? Anyone making the game could choose to market it heavily, MS isn't the only one to do that. You said nothing about development, or resources, or playtesting/bug fixing/polishing/ect.

there are plenty of good games that don't sell well. psyhconauts and okami, to name a couple.
