If NG:Sigma gets a lower score than RE4 Wii Edition....

RE4 scored better than NG in the first place, shouldn't be a big deal, but it will be.

GC version came out begining of Jan and PS2 version came out end of Oct. That's why the PS2 version had the extra content....because they had more time to work with the game. What's the excuse for the Wiiversion having absolutely ZERO extra content? Not enough time (2.5 years?)

Let's use your arugment, it dropped in score since the game is just a port with added controls. NGS is a port with super graphics, added content, extra character to play. And to top it off, if both Xbox and PS3 version was to be released at the same time, who do you think would score higher? I'm still don't understand that point you made.....I would ceratinly hope a Nextgen console could score higher on the same game if they were to be released at the sametime.

I personally wouldnt care because Im buying the game regardless (loved NG: Black, gona love this) but it would be weird if RE4 scores higher.. Atleast Sigma has additional content from its last gen counterpartasdasd

Thanks to GS great new reviewing system (sarcasm) it would be unfair to compare.

Gameplay - 10 (No reason this should change)

Graphics - 9 (Just based on the standards of the PS3, there are better looking games)

Sound - 9 (I doubt this is something that they could have improved greatly, and NGB's sound only rated an 8)

Value - 9 (Extra content or not, you're still paying full price. At least RE4 was only $30.)

Tilt - 8/9 (this is the wildcard for me)

I think it'll get AAA, probably 9.0 to 9.2. I don't see it getting into the "midrange" of AAA scores. It could potentially fall to AA.

good review actually. I think graphics will get a 10 even if they only look slightly better than NGB. Sound- I don't know what to say about this but the music in NG was pretty repetitive. Value- I agree. IMO, after playing NG for the Xbox, $60 seems like a lot for a couple new boss fights, new character or w/e. And wtf is tilt, i always seem to forget lol.

So I'd said anywhere from 8.6-9.2, i think they will give it AAA though.

nothing should happen since gamespot treats wii like a little baby with theses easy standards,

while the ps3/360/and pc have way higher standards.

Well if that's the case, then it would be unfair wouldn't it? Then there's no way we can truly compare those two games unless if we play it ourselves.

No way. I just found out about the new rating system but i can't see this getting any higher than 9.0 now. Maybe the'll even end up rounding it out to 8.5
