[QUOTE="finalstar2007"]you have either not played many games or have terrible taste :| and red dead doesnt need a radio...that would be dumb Maybe he means this gen. Personally I rank it it toward the middle or lower half this gen. Then again I've only played about 2 hours, but I just couldn't get into it.btw thought RDR was the worst game i ever played

My 360 has this neat feature were you can play music while playing any game, including RDR!hummer700you can do the same for the PS3.

[QUOTE="richsena"]techno emo stuff What the f*ck?Not only would a radio in RDR not make any sense, but the game had probably had the best soundtrack of any game I played this generation.
Senor-Dweedle
It should totally have space ships too. And Harrison Ford.meetroid8
this should be the next dlc. considering I didn't like the game at all but liked that movie, it would actually make me want to play the game.
If RDR was the worst you need to play more games. Back on topic the next Read Dead title doesn't need a radio feature.Totally a radio on a horse!

I don't think you understand how technology works in the past TC. You may as well be asking for phone booths in Assassin's Creed: Revelations.
No, I think the atmospheric music was one of the best things about RDR. Wouldn't like it to be replaced by country music. GeneralShowzer
This, I fail to see what was wrong with RDR's music. I would have hated the game if Toby Keith/Trace Adkins/whatever country singer's music started playing.

Hahaha, Red Dead was fantastic. I was jam packed with things to do. You call it the worst game you have played but your signature reads "Modern Warefare 3 - the king of fps returns." And while i'm not sure you are trolling, it's certainly a fail on the spelling side of the scale, as well as the general taste side.
I wonder why they never allowed either Marston to sleep with the prostitutes though, John I understand but Jack should of been able tooSenor-DweedleJohn's married, and faithful to his wife. Jack is still quite young, and uncle warned him to keep away from prostitutes. Anyways, what would sleeping with prostitutes accomplish?
\btw thought RDR was the worst game i ever playedfinalstar2007This is coming from the guy who thinks CoD is the best game ever.
Seriously, that game lacked good music.. there was no country feel to its music.. It could just have good country playing in the background when travelling, no need for radio djs or anything, just good pure countrySenor-Dweedlehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4k4i0Tjo7J4&t=3m The music was amazing. Country playing in the background would be lame. The atmospheric music is much better.
No.Just no.
Just make the game better. It wasn't bad,but it's one of those games that I forced myself through.
[QUOTE="finalstar2007"]Now I know I can't take anything seriously from you. GTA IV and RDR are my favorite games this gen. We all have opinions... But yeah, I have never took him seriously. Nah, leave my RDR without a radio. In GTA4 I always took off the radio unless I wanted to hear the news or San Juan sounds... And I find myself surprised since I hate reggaeton.Totally a radio on a horse!

This is coming from the guy who thinks CoD is the best game ever.Oil_rope_bombsI find it funny how those with the non-popular opinions are just made fun of. There was a point when CoD was an amazing game, and who are you or anyone else to say if somebody thinks that even the modern ones are as well? Should I start questioning your opinions because you have a MLP sig and avatar?
I can think of alot of good songs that would suit that game.. stuff like El Paso or Hey Good Lookn, or anything by Willie Nelson. Plenty of good country music that would suit that style of game.. anyone agree?Senor-Dweedle
those songs came well after the times when RDR was set lol, would kinda be gamebreaking in terms of immersion.
Heck yeah along with more horsepower, positraction, anti-lock braking and HD TV as well.
Anyhow, I think adding a saweet fishing sub game would have been awesome seeing as there's plenty of water and hunting was made a part of the game. :D
Oh and that said, R*, cowboys can swim ya know so why not add that and just make it impossible to swim to parts you don't want the player to go just yet. ;)
I think they should add cars. After all there was one - why not more? And you should also get to meet the Wright brothers and fly their plane. Later in the game you will be able to upgrade it with a Browning machine gun and then the hunting achievements will be a breeze.
Uhh no, that would make no sense whatsoever. The great thing about RDR is how accurate it is to the time period it's in, Rockstar really paid careful attention to it adn got it right. Having a radio in that time period would ruin it. The in game music is fine....
[QUOTE="el3m2tigre"]Its based in the early 1900s, they had record players then, they could of invented portable ones for all we know lolAnd where would they play them on....
Senor-Dweedle
yea because by the early 1900's batteries where in high demand.......
They plucked soundtracks from several westerns, some of which was by Ennio Morricoe himself.
If you want GTA go play GTA.
If you want a soundtrack play some of your own music. I wanted a game like RDR, they have me one.
Then you havent played past the first 5 minutes,Totally a radio on a horse!
