If You Could go Back in Time Would you Still Buy GTA IV?

No. I primarily purchased it because it got a 10 so I was assuming it was one of the best games ever made. I also enjoyed Vice City. To me GTA4 isn't anywhere near as fun as Vice City (maybe because it has a been there done that feel) and its no where near a 10 unless you're a hardcore GTA junkie.

Seriously now , i see more and more ppl , like Cactus , that claiming GTA4 as a bad, dissapointing game in many aspects...

And my question is...

What the heck did you expect more? Did you ever played GTA before? And if you did , did you like it ? Becuase if you didnt like previous GTA titles i can understand why not to like GTA4... But if you liked the previous games , wth isnt good in mny aspects? Story? i really dont get it. Cant you explain me?

Any game thats a 10 has to be one of the best games ever because many games considered to be classics and "best game ever" got less than a 10. If its worse, why give it a score as if its better? They cut you a check or something?

It is the same thing, escept less weapons, all you can really do is keep on the same crap over and over again, then again every game is repetitive, but certain things usually change, and well this game gets boring. I hate the way grand theft auto games are, the fact that when you cause trouble there is tons of cops constantly on you. Basically you have no chance, the driving is bad, I mean you dont have to go too fast to have horrible turning. It was definatly hype, fun for a little bit, but another thing..

I just couldnt stand all the pictures of nearly naked woman, just is too innapropriate to me, to display woman as sex objects constantly just gets vulger, and annoying. The game is a waste of life!

Of course, It was one of the best games I played this year.

It may have been super overrated, but it's still an awesome game.
