Naughty Dog making a Metal Gear game.

Playdead's a good choice as they have that atmosphere for Metroid down, but Moon Studios has the controls and level layout that's very Metroid-esque also. A combination of both would be ideal.

Bethesda to make Dark Souls.

Ninja Theory to make Bayonetta.

NetherRealm to make Street Fighter or Guilty Gear

Ubisoft Montreal to make the next Deus Ex

BioWare to make the next Divinity: Original Sin

Crystal Dynamics to make the next Metroid

Polyphony Digital to make the next Burnout

Gearbox Software should make the next DOOM

These would probably be raged upon like hell by gamers..

Bethesda to make Dark Souls? I doubt Bethesda has magically gone and become good at making precise 3rd person action gameplay with good animations.

Gearbox to make DOOM? Is that a joke? I don't mean to sound rude, but that does sound like a joke. It would also be horrible.
