For me, I'd have to pick the ultra-obscure Fhjull Forked-Tongue, as he has no choice but to perform charitable acts (such as, say, giving you all of his magical items, money, information, etc.). This is assuming that neither Vhailor or an evil party 'freed' him, of course.
