And thanks for pointing out it was until the 21st (tomorrow). People, get this game, if you have not played it, you dont know what youre missing out on.

I doubt it's the second FPS if you compare it with today's standards, but I guess I'll just have to see for myself.DeathScape666

Anything looks worse when you compare it to todays standards..The greatest is based on how it was within its time obviously not how it will stack up 20 years later although I'm sure it will still be fun..

Honestly by all accounts id say it is the greatest shooter to graced gaming.

that's very cheap. The game is still being sold in stores where I live btw. for €4,-

Then Perfect Dark is the greatest FPS ever to grace gaming, I love HL2 and I agree that its fantastic but I have not seen very many games match Perfect Dark point for point on everything and do it as well, CS is the best multiplayer game ever made imo and HL2 is best single player but HL2 doesnt have it all, PD had it all. This is taking the "in their respective times" into consideration.

It is the best FPS ever made imo, but lot of its appeal at the time came from the graphics so not sure how playable it is today. But since it's only $1 to find out, why the hell not?

PD was a wicked game - was a huge fan of it, but it didnt nearly do as much for the genre, nor was it as good as HL was, especially for its respective time.

Besides many things in PD took huge inspiration from other shooters at the time.
