Yes that is true, in future if i play todays games i will feel like "wow how could i think this was good", games get better and better. If i want play a shooter it is no way in hell i go back and play Quake1 when i can play Modern warfare2 today for an example. I did like Quake1..but not anymore.

Not in all areas. Sure graphics get better, but some games get casualized (Not a bad thing if they're still fun but it's worse than when they used to be filled with depth) Stories have generally been getting worse as well.
I'd disagree. He is correct on that point. Games are evolving. Stories too. I wouldn't really say games were deeper back in the "old days" either.Are we talking about stories here? Because I can come up with a huge list of games with deeper stories than today's games. :P
If we're talking about gameplay, some games are evolving while others are being stripped of parts.
