I did and I think the beginning of Bioshock mirrors the Objectivism Rand talks about in Atlas Shrugged. Not to mention the Metaphor of Ryan to Atlas in bringing people with certain talents and powers (via plasmids) to a world where they can utilize them best. Ryan carries the weight of the people when he creates Rapture for them, similar to how Atlas is supposed to carry the weight of the world.

My 2 cents...

I'm quite partial the Rangers Apprentice series. That could make a good WRPG. Also, a good Eragon game would be awesome.bronxxbombers

Ender's Game anybody? In the book, there were several games: that virtual reality thing that connected him with the Bugger Queen, the war simulation that Ender played which actually turned out to be more than a war simulation, and those matches in the gravity room against the other teams (Dragon Team ftw!)

The Little Prince (i would guess it'd be sooo bizarre so i'd love to have Japanese devs making this sh!t :D)

Coraline (ooohhhh the movie was amazing. it has a video game, yes, but i want a ps3 game not a ps2/wii one)

Robert Ludlum's (author of the Bourne series) The Cry of Halidon. daaaaammn that's a suspense/action/tropical exploration/mystery-solving/betrayal&trust book. i want thaaaat!

oh and ANY Sherlock Holmes book. that's sooo badass.

Resistance 1 on Easy or Normal difficulty IMO. Health packs everywhere AND regenerating health bar
