Meh, I really enjoy kanokon, it's one of my favorite light hearted anime/mangas, anyways..

i thought it had way too much service scenes, but it was TVA, so they screwed it up badly by not being able to go too far but just teasing it to the point where I got frustrated and punched the monitor and broke my knuckles. anyways, so kanokon did have games, i gotta kill myself now.

I know what you mean, sigh I'm just hoping for an h-game in the future...I think that'll settle the tease.

Ender's Game anybody? In the book, there were several games: that virtual reality thing that connected him with the Bugger Queen, the war simulation that Ender played which actually turned out to be more than a war simulation, and those matches in the gravity room against the other teams (Dragon Team ftw!)

Well, if you refer to book 8...

Sharp Teeth by Toby Barlow. Book about werewolves/gangs in modern day LA. Would make an excellent Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines-esque role-playing game. :D They might be making a movie.... I thought I saw it on IMDB.

I don't know if it would be even possible... which is the ironic thing about the book being a written story about a documentary film. House of Leaves is just one of those books that couldn't be made into anything else.

Though, the Mahabharata would be ****ing epic. The entire story involves a war featuring 1,660,020,000 deaths. Though, you can't even fit that story into a single edition, and barely anyone can grasp the complex themes of the text. It would probably be ruined and turned into an action game.

Well, I have a four way tie between my favorite series (Not even single books :P ) so here goes... Dune - It is virtually impossible but Civ 4 would be the closest thing we have. But you would have to find a way to incorporate all the individual emotion and conflicts. Lord of the Rings - Again it is very hard to make a game on such a work as the linearity is very confining. Not a big fan of the action games. The MMO is the best one in my opinion to actually feeling like the source material. Dragon Riders of Pern - Again, would be hard as having no true antagonist besides the threat of genocide by threads and withering from within. Yes, you could use [spoiler] dragon riders who split off or Meron for a little bit. [/spoiler] but there was no lasting antagonist besides which I mention. A Lair/ Oblivion approach would fit best I think. Think of a non-sucky Drakan. A Song of Ice and Fire - Again, a Civ 4 mix would be the closest thing to truly come close to grasping the whole world but with the same problem Dune had as well of losing the smaller scope in the process.

I'm quite partial the Rangers Apprentice series. That could make a good WRPG. Also, a good Eragon game would be awesome.bronxxbombers

My son is reading the Ranger's Apprentice series right now actually. He seems to enjoy it.
