If you actually read it instead of posting that you would know the reviewer thought the opposite and said it was one of his FAVORITES this year

I will get this game but not day1, will get Space marine that come out same day as Dead island.

I guess it get around 7.5-8.0 here, wich is fine score. If you have friends to play with it get even better.

I have read the review, I have read hundreds of his reviews and I know greg miller and how little him saying something like that means.

It might actually be a pretty good game idk, but I take this with a grain of salt.

Look forward to my review in the next issue of SWM, I'm walking in highly skeptical of how well they can do this. I'm allready thrown off by how bad their marketing represents the real game, lets see if they can actually suprise me with some real human emotions and less Ganstalicious characters.Jynxzor

Good for Dead Island I guess...

I don't really trus IGN though (but I don't trust GS either)

But I'll pass on this, too many games coming out this fall/winter. The only games I'm gonna be buying and playing are Skyrim and Uncharted 3, between those 2 games I'll b quite busy.

Looks good, but I'm disappointed that the story doesn't revolve around the family from the trailer.

I just don't see how a first person melee game won't be incredibly repetitive. I mean atleast guns bring a little bit of strategy, you can go about handling certain situations differently with different ranged weapons and try to use the best one to your advantage..

but in this you are just going to run around wailing on stuff over and over again

I hadn't heard "RPG" mentioned in the same breath as "Dead Island" until this review. Kind of weird.

I'll be skipping in favor of R3, but good to know it's fun.

Still sad we didint get our serious zombie game that was shown in the first trailer. Oh well still looks fun.

Sounds good. I'll be renting this one in the near future.
