It's average. Not that good not that bad.

I guess it wasn't really long enough, so the lasting appeal was out. ANd I was expecting more from gameplay, at least an 8. Otherwise this game looks as good as it should. It is a PSN game after all.

They are making a 15 dollar downloadable game and they have a very successful franchise that gets praise. I doubt they care what score their DL game gets overall. I had a feeling a short game like that would not get rave reviews because it will look and feel like a real hardcopy game but finish 6 hours earlier.

I am the opposite, I couldnt care less about Ratchet last gen. but after Tools I look foward to their games.

Yeh, i loved the ones last gen. I play UYA online until deadlocked came out. Deadlock wasn't so good.

Yeah, I don't really need a review for this one...the only question on the matter is "is there enough game for $15" and in all honesty I really don't care, I"ll buy it becuase I loved R&C FToD

that one was my least favourite of the series, i still enjoyed it though, but still gotta give em some props for trying something new with the series

wow it went from a 9.6 or something to that did the same guy review it. looks like ign again was looking for a full game for 15 bucks. it is an add-on that adds 6 hours of gameplay what more do you want. GARRYTH

Yeah, it's gotta be tough to review at that $15 price point.

As a R&C game, it would fall short, as a $15 PSN Game, it may very well be the best $15 dollar game out there. I will get it and decide for myself soon enough, it's such a fantastic series.

Although the first one on PS2 was decent, IT WAS ONE OF THE WORST R&C'S!

You haven't felt the glory of the Upgrading system, which is TRAGIC.

Except one could play this without owning R&C. Insomniac said it was designed so people could play it as a standalone, even new to the series.

This game also emphasized Platforming more than Future did. BTW : VP, which I beat, isn't even in the same category. As Bill Gates said, it was designed for girls, and it plays like The Sims, Harvest Moon, and Animal Crossing. I did beat it anyways, but it isn't in the same Genre as R&C, at all.

Kameo I did beat, and liked it as well, and although it's more adventure like Uncharted and Zelda, I still dug it. Still, it's not like Platforming/Adventure fans have A LOT to play this gen, and I welcome R&C due to that.

By your logic, it should score a ~6.0 here. I highly doubt that. The 7.5 R&C got here was one of the lowest scores R&C got from any respectable gaming site. It's possible that could happen again for this R&C but if it does, should I care what GS says?

I will still pick it up..had a blast with TOD...

..disappointed it does not have trophies.....
