If you played this game with a controller, What would it have gotten? I'm thinking in the 3.0-4.0 range.

So you're saying that Kinect makes games better?!
Why would I say that? There is no way in hell that Kinect can make a game better. Kinect games will have so low of standards that as long as the character moves with your body, it will get a decent score.

Nah, the guy is just jumping to conclusions thinking that since I have playsation games in my sig, I must LOVE the Move.
Technology is one thing, but being able to incorporate it into entertainment is another. If Eyetoy was really that amazing, why did people still play dancing games holding Wii controller? They had a great technology, but they didn't expand upon it. If a great idea didn't take full advantage of its potential, it didn't happen, that's how it is with almost everything, not just gaming.
Actually this + Dance central looks as the only promising games on Kinect I expect them to get 7~8s on GS but the rest of Kinect games probably would get 6s and 5s unless MS is paying GS :P.

That's awfully biased (the MS must be paying them part) :P Like I said before, games should be reviewed based on its target audience and genre. For example, if Fitness Evolved is the best fitness game there is, and if it has a lot of different practice modes, it shouldn't get a bad score just because it's not a hardcore game. Same as Kinectamals. While I personally don't find the game appealing, if it really does appeal to its target audience, it shouldn't get a bad score. Like Nintendogs, for example.

But i don't expect you to know that I am fully enjoying New Vegas on PC, creating a Mod for Neverwinter Nights, playing STALKER, going through KOTOR, played Crackdown 2 and Halo Reach last week on 360, and am also playing vanquish on PS3. Why are you even defending the trash that is Kinect?
Why? It's pretty much guitar hero but you have to use your body perfectly. It's both a music and an exercise game, and it's made by harmonix. Don't be so jealous

just saw the review..... seriusly it isnt even close to a 7.5 ,lets see how much gs will rate it.

7.5 is surprisingly good. But you have to remember how the games are reviewed. You cant compare for example Gears of War 2 to this. The games are reviewed in their own genre compared to other similar experiences, with casuals in mind.
