downloaded it last night and the game is pretty sweet. the price didnt bother me at all. look at it this way, if it was a new ps2 ds or psp game i,d be happy to pay 15 bucks. 2-d lives on!
I love the game from what i played in the trial, and depending on the game length (anyone know what it is? i'll look for it in reviews) i'm going to buy it. Either way though, it looks like it has great replay value :D
I've paid $60 for games I've enjoyed less than Castle Crashers. Anyone who complains about the price needs to put it in perspective. It's 5 dollars more, and this game is very big, with hand drawn graphics.
I paid 15 bucks for Braid and enjoyed it. Still playing it to this day. (gotta Cut about 4 minutes off of my speed run and then find the mysterious stars for the secret ending I've been hearing about.)
If I enjoy the free trial to this game, looks like another fifteen dollars I'll be spending.
i wouldnt worry about the length of the game. i think the level cap is over 50, theres 40 weapons, and i think 40 stages. been playing it for a while and i dont think im close to beating it. i have been grinding a few levels here and there tho.

I beat the game in roughly 6-7 hours, but that was with only one character and I didn't thoroughly explore every level. Considering there are over 40 weapons to find, 25 animal orbs, 20 characters, and co-op, there is definitely A LOT of replay value.
