There is nothing magic about it. It is called multiple dev teams. Get a clue man. When you really think about it, there is nothing hard about deving for all 3 at the same time, as the vast majority of the game is Art, Audio, Maps, etc. Once that is complete, they only need to work on the engines running the game to make it compatible for the different platforms.

You said it yourself. If Dev's spend enough time PS3 games will look much better then 360.

End of topic. PS3 faster and better then 360.

360 broken and unstable hardware.

If Devs work on a game for a full year after they already released a finished version they can make it look better on any system. But honestly was Oblivion really like $200 and a year late worth of better graphics mmmmmmm i think not.
