how old are you people, what person over the age of 12 would actually buy that game? it has flying little yellow monkeys and a character that looks like he hopped straight off of Nickelodeon Jr.....kcm_117Nintendo = Kiddy
Nintendo = Sheep
Sheep = Kiddy
Get it, oh by the way welcome to system wars.

I'm 14,and it looks like a very interesting game.Sure,it looks a little young,but who cares?It's said to be fun,challenging,and make innovative use of the Wii-mote.If you judge a game because it looks "kiddy",then you are missing out on a lot great games.Not only that,but the graphical presentation is actually great.
[QUOTE="NobuoMusicMaker"][QUOTE="Eponique"]Where's that gameplay trailer?!

That sawing part.... seriously teaching the kids the way of a lonely sheep life.
-_- Y'think anyone's gonna actually listen to you?! I liked that sawing part. Shows it's gonna use the Wiimote very well.
i dont think you got the joke...
A good third-party effort on a new Nintendo console? Impossible. I thought all third parties did for the first year was throw out ports of sequels.
Nintendo needs more of this, and here's to hoping that Z&W (I'm in the "know") does well.

Insecure much?
I think this topic is just reinforcing the point that Wii is a kid's console. :|HyperMetaDragon
I have a feeling you only looked at the graphics. You clearly haven't seen that it's supposed to be very difficult and challenging. Honestly read before you post instead of making comments on which you're gonna get flamed on.
The Gameplay Video does look very oldschool, and in a good way. I'm not sure, I still want to wait for reviews. I am glad that it is coming along well though.
FYI, I'm 23, and the art style would not get in the way for me so long as the Gameplay is good. But I certainly wouldn't pick this game up without a series of strong reviews.

I want this game. I want it now!
Whoa what happend to you bread or decide, i thought your lifes goal was to rip and bash the wii. But change is a good thing
Thats what most people don't get. I give credit when its due.
1. No mario -check
2. Actual onnovative control scheme- check.
3. New world. new characters. new story. - check.
4. Not a last gen port with tacked on controls. - check.
Sign me up. I'm actually excited about this game.
I agree with those other points......but Mario platformers, kart racing games, and rpg's are still nice. Just because marios a character in the game doesn't mean that the game is going to be crap. Thats like me saying that Halo 3 sucks because Master chief is wearing green armor, and I don't like green.[QUOTE="HyperMetaDragon"]I think this topic is just reinforcing the point that Wii is a kid's console. :|Homesrfan
Why because of the art design? It looks fantastic, art design included.
Art design and content.
Listen - arguing that games like this aren't geared towards kids is a futile effort. They obviously are... that being said, it doesn't mean adults can't dig them if they're into that sort of thing. The majority of the Nintendo catalog (there are exceptions, obviously) is "kid friendly" in the same way movies like Cars are "kid friendly."
Movies like Finding Nemo, the Wild, Ant Bully, etc. are movies geared towards kids, arguing otherwise is silly, doesn't mean certain older people can't watching them too.
