Im a bit worried that I may have bought a ps3 a bit prematurely

I recently bought a ps3 along with mgs4 and I must say that mgs4 is a great game and really shows what the ps3 can do. I also bought the ps3 for other exclusives im looking foward to like naruto UNS, versus 13 and KZ2. But now that tekken 6 isnt gonna be an exclusive im starting to wonder if I may have bought a ps3 too soon, that maybe I would have been better off with my 360 for now. I dunno the ps3 is a great system but the fact that it doesnt have many exclusives is starting to worry me. WNC recent tgs presentation looked terrible and quantome theory looks very sub-par as well. Im not ready to give up on the ps3 just yet but did I buy one too soon?? What exclusives can I look foward to for 09??

No exclusives? WHat are you talking about? LittleBigPlanet, Motorstorm 2, and Socom all come out this month! Don't be silly! And then there's Resistance 2 and Valkyria Chronicles next month. And then Killzone 2 shortly after!

Just because one game that you liked has gone multi plat does not mean you bought your PS3 "too soon." You named a number of other EXCLUSIVES that you were looking forward to that are still exclusives. So yeah, I'm not sure what you really want people to tell you. If youre still interested in those exclusives, vsXIII, KZ2, R2, etc, then you've just justified making your purchase now.

You list Naruto , but you're going to ignore the rest of the ps3's exclusive library ? Alllllrighty then.

Halo and Halo 2 are, and 3 wasn't that great so who cares. Gears of War is. I don't think you should downplay the greatness that is MGS4, the only exclusive to get a 10. You can also count on LBP getting that too. What does MS have in store? Gears of War 2 and Fable 2 which will end up on PC just like the first ones. LMAO!!

Buying a PS3 now isnt the same as buying one back then by deafult. The console is cheaper. There are some great games due 2008 and 2009. Sorry if you cant see that yourself. Anyway you're clearly unhappy with the two ps3 consoles you have owned. So why not jump out.

So what if Fable and Gears were on the PC. Right now, they're only confirmed for the 360. So for all intents and purposes, Fable 2 and Gears 2 are exclusives no matter how much you try to spin it. And right now, the 360 has more AA/AAA and AAEs and AAAEs than the PS3. That equals a better game library. But go ahead, harp on more about MGS4 and upcoming releases will change all that, while completely ignoring the equally great 360 releases.

As for the MGS4 making money, you do know it didnt even sell as much as Gears of War 1 , let alone Halo 3, even though it had a longer dev cycle than both those games?

LBP and Resistance 2 are out soon. Also, if you need a little something to tide you over, check out Siren: Blood Curse (downloadable from the PSN store). You'll be glad you did :)

Don't be worried--it's too late for that. You already dropped your cash on it. Instead enjoy some BluRay Movies while Sony struggles to get some more exclusives out.

If you want to play multiplats on the best system pick up a 360 also.
