The only thing that could contribute to it being "a joke of a console" is the fact that it had such a high failure rate. I don't care what anyone thinks on this to me, a failure rate that high is absolutely pathetic for a console. It's very good that xbox 360 came out first instead of with the wii and ps3, otherwise it definately wouldn't be this successful in sales and today we'd be looking at way different prices for the three consoles.

You're being close-minded because you're trying to boil it down to two reasons and are acting like "OMG how can they choose it over PS3 with the exception of those reasons?" And then you say it's all a matter of preference, but then contradict it with the "obvious choice" bit.

They might find Xbox Live to be a far superior service than PSN, theymight like its features such as custom soundtracks or Netflix, they might like the fact that certain things are integrated on the Xbox360,somebody might like playing multiplars with its controller. There are tons of reasons out there.

Anyway, I'm debating buying a 360 again because I think it would be a good base for a compost in my backyard. An Xbox 360 would be great for waste disposal and getting rid of food scraps, dont ya think? It's more useful as a compost than playing since the system is such a disgrace.
