I'm getting really TIRED of explaining why 360 is the BEST console out.

It seems like lately, everyone I talk to about games is saying how they want a PS3 and not a 360. Honestly, I can't find any good reason to buy a PS3. Sure it comes w/ a blue ray player. Has some cool exclusive titles like Ninja Gaiden Sigma, Metal Gear, Heaveanly Sword. But to me, these games don't compare to Halo3, GeOW, Bioshock, Oblivion. Plus the online service rocks. For me, the 360 is a true gamers game console.

When you use those two magical words, the idea of one system being factually better than another is impossible. Therefore, you can not explain how the 360 is BETTER, rather you can only explain why you THINK its better and therefore not all will agree. Isn't that interesting?

Why even try explaining when the entertainment possibilities are limitless watching the Sony fan(boy)base self destruct, I am pretty fond of my PS3 but am honest enough to realize that atm it's at best a secondary system when you consider only games and not the rest of the things that it is capable of.

Sorry, spelled it wrong. I was making fun of those who say that the 360 has better games than the PS3, yet then say that it doesn't matter that the PC has the better version of the 360's games, simply due to the so called price of a gaming rig. My PC I built cost 1400.00 and will last a very long time, and so this myth of a 3000.00 PC is ridiculous. I am a fan of all systems and just cannot see the justification for degrading one over another.

Just because you don't like the PS3 doesn't mean that it's not good. I have both, and I have 5 PS3 games compared to 4 X360 games. It doesn't mean I like the PS3 more, I'm just playing it more at this time.

Both are great systems and you cannot force your opinion of the PS3 on other people.

It comes down to a preference of games and some people prefer the games on the PS3 and some prefer the games on the X360. I think both are excellent systems and to say that the 360 is the true gamers console is just ignorant. If the 360 offers more games that appeal to you then great, but understand that your opinion is not fact. Saying crap like, "I'm getting TIRED of explaining why 360 is the BEST console out", is rude and ignorant.

People saying how poor the PS3 lineup is are comparing console to console, not console to PC mostly. Anyone with common sense knows a high end PC will run it better, but will cost a lot more than a console ($1400 is over $1000 more than a 360). And whether whatever port runs better on the pc depends on how strong the rig is. Those ports can actually be a lot worse than the console versions.

Sure I could pay extra for online gaming, pay extra for wifi, pay extra for a high def movie player (at this rate, it's costing more than a PS3...). It has some cool exclusive titles like Halo 3 and um... (the other 3 of the 4 you mentioned are also on PC, and Oblivion is also on PS3). But to me, that one game doesn't compare to Heavenly Sword, Resistance, MGS4, FF13, GT5, Warhaw, LBP, etc., etc. Plus the online play is free, with both dedicated servers AND p2p, and will be even better when Home hits. For me, the PS3 is a true gamers game console. AND multi-media entertainment center.

The statement that the 360 library is much better is a very popular opinion which kind of makes it more than opinion. Also, none of the PS3 games you mentioned are out. The whole just wait motto doesn't fly with me. Right now, there's no good reason to own a PS3 unless you want a good movie player.
