My freind a hardcore halo fan came to my house and said hey i wanna play that one game ive been hearing about cod4 i heard it was really good and every 1 was leaving halo 3 for it and was like really wow (btw he had a 360 i had a ps3)then he played it for 2 hours then 3 then 5 hours and he said i know they left.claywalker21

Halo was sci-fi. Cod4 was "realistic".

Killzone 2 is sci-fi, fighting aliens again, but about 1000% better.

My first console was an xbox,I then bought a ps3 because of friends ive beaten halo 1 literally 127 times with friends and halo 2 like 5 times and have only played like a total of about 4 hours of halo3 online so i cant judge to much but i liked halo 3 better than cod4 because of vehicles,and yes i think killzone 2 kills both because i was in the beta and it was just amazing.For the first few hours i hated it then i started unlocking classes and was able call in able to call in air support bots and i was like wtf thats so cool it looks like something from termanator!!!!!!!!!And the pure polish,graphics and gameplay was amazing especially when your doing s@d and your whole team is pinned down behind a barricade and theres 13 enemies running at you trying to plant c4 on the barricade its just amazing:)claywalker21

Halo is to much of a different experience to COD 4 or any COD to be beaten hands down.

Halo you have the low gravity jumps outlandish weapons and vehicles

COD you have real life weapons a lvling system and call in Airstrikes, Dogs, Helicopter, Radar, Scout Plane, ETC.

So no it hasnt been knocked off anything as of such its such a different experience to most other shooters it manages to stand on its own to a certain extent.

If we are talking sales i have no idea but i wouldnt be surprised if COD series wins!! You seen how many people come online/.
