look at the wii, Xbox 1 like graphics, phone number online ftl, multimedia features now gone, and now somehow the motion sensing is suppose to cover for everything, i find that stupid.
I think Nintendo took the ds's success and tried to use the same philosophy on the wii. But it's a lot different on a handheld, where we're used to just having it to play games. For some reason consoles are just different, we expect more when we pay more.
nintendo decided to exchange graphics for a more fun different console. since there were no consoles that used motion the wii would be a different new console that people would buy. The ps3 combines graphics and motionwith the sixaxis but it doesnt use it as much as the wii, infact the ps3 doesntuse the sixaxis much at all, in the few ps3 games that i own , only one uses the sixaxis R:FoM.

Well said. I agree with you. I wouldn't want my PS3 to be like my PSP.

you are wrong and you are right. the controls can also make the game more fun. on the wii, unlike other consoles uses only or mostly motion to play games this can make it more fun. infact this is the main fun aspect of the wii.
TheWii sacrificed much to much for there new "Innovative Controller". The game comes first then extra things like the controller come next. Id rather have a great game with similar controls then new fun controls with a crap game.
