My console is fine.

I have Halo 3 which is an absolutely amazing game that is better than anything on the Wii or the PS3.

I had RROD once, and I received my 360 back in 1 week and got a bonus month of XBL.

It is totally worth it, 100%.

Listen to me carefully: The vast majority of people that bought Halo 3 were able to play it right away, including myself.

I know it is hard for you to accept that a 9.5 game like Halo 3 isn't on your platform, but that's just the way the cookie crumbles, dude.

Halo 3 is awesome, and my 360 is fine.

I would rather put up with RROD once a year (if that) than miss out on Halo 3 and play virtually nothing on the PS3 or the Wii.

Halo 3 beats anything on PS3 or Wii, end of story.

Why spend $600 on a self-proclaimed gaming machine that is better as a BD-player? Wasn't it considered to be the holy-grail of gaming? Yeah, it didn't live up and its hardware and software sales are evidence of that. Once it failed at what is was proclaimed to do, people refuted to saying "Just wait." Well people are tired of waiting, it just goes to show that you can tout theoretics and pipe dreams all you want to but what it comes down to is games.

Games make the system worth owning, not the other way around.

Halo 3 Bioshock and Gears of War were all availabe at the 360's launch right? Seriously only a complete tool buys a console with only the present in mind. Go back to playing Halo 3 instead of pathetically try to justify the RROD and I hope the 360 doesnt break on you while you play it.

Im sure Halo 3 is a great game that will likely sell really well(like how could it not) but the world does not revolve around Halo 3. Get your delusiona hypersensitivel head around this and enjoy your game. Just because Halo 3 is a good game does not mean the 360 is a good system to actually purchase.

You obviously can't grasp the concept of "Games make the system worth owning." The very fact that you even own a PS3 says to me that your a tool yourself if I were to completely ignore someones opinion like your doing because in comparison, 360 is so much better for games..
