Just as the topic say. This isn't a crystal ball thread, were not predicting the future. Just say what order you would like it to end.
I'd like it to go like this..
1st Xbox 360
2nd Wii
3rd PS3
:P

Well, I would really want all three of them to be in first place, with all of them having 33.3% share of the market.....which is almost impossible. I don't really care the order, as long as the sales are pretty close together so we can have a great competition.
We all know that competion = great games and services
[QUOTE="SailorMars"]wow, thanks, I couldn't read that with the white gamespot theme.1st Wii. 2nd PS3. 3rd 360. Regardless, I love all three of them though.
OGTiago
Wow, more people use the white theme more then I thought. I apoligize, its a habit of mine.
1-360
2-PS3
3- Wii
Just like the japanese do with their systems, I'd rather see an American Console win. Plus if the wii wins every system from now on is going to have motion sensing and I don't want that ( its ok if it has tilt or w/e like Ps3, cause thats not used much). I also want graphics to evolve, not stop to keep pricing down.

Spartan_024
that was refreshing...thank you
1. ps3 or 360
2. ps3 or 360
3. wii
my predictions, i don'tt wanna be a fanboy, but yea the wii's good now, but i don't see it succeding in the long run
1) Wii
2) "Xbox360 degrees" which replaces the normal 360 and includes new twin motion sensing controllers capable of sensing all motions through 360 degrees
3) "Playstation3 E-motion machine" released quickly to combat the other two machines and includes the 12 axes twin controllers capable of sensing the emotion and motion of the player.

Winner.
I would like to see.
1.)Wii, 2.)360 3.)PS3
Sony deserves whats coming to them.
Nintendo has always been solid and helped develop this industry. No matter who you fanboy, what Nintendo has done and will continue to do is push the QUALITY of games. I think its that kind of attitude that this industry needs.
Microsoft has done so well that they convinced me to get a 360. A great online setup, a well balanced system with traditional routes. It deserves to be acknowledged above Sony this time around for a solid effort.
Nintendo deserves a win. Their first party titles are golden.
Microsoft have also put in a great effort.
Sony, however, seems more interested in their Movie Monopoly, and are simply relying on the name "Playstation" to carry their system. Sony needs a wake up call, and deserves to come third.
I'd like to see them all have roughly the same sales.
For Sony, being even with their competitors would be a real kick in the pants - they've dominate the last two gens, and getting anything less than first may stop them from being ridiculously arrogant.
I respect what MS has done with the 360 - the exclusive games don't really appeal to me, but I'd like to see it do well, although I doubt that it will maintain its leading position until the end of this gen.
As for Nintendo, they've got some great exclusive games, and some interesting innovations, but not much else. If they get at least equal with the other consoles in sales this gen (or if they flat-out win), then it will mean that developers will start making serious, non-minigame games on their next console - which would be great.
Omg, all these strange people who want the Wii to be no.1. Yay, let's all vote for outdated tech, and gimmicky controllers.

Why are people "strange" if they want Wii to win?
Look how awesome the DS has turned out, and that handheld had much worse hardware than the PSP. It all comes down to the games and devs could come up with something really great for the Wii and the Wiimote in the future.

If the Wii does well, expect next gen to have some type of Wiimote controls in full high definition.
joint first PC, 360 and Wii...... 2nd ( and shot behind a white screen because it fell at the first hurdle) ps3.

*Imagines a middle-aged man with sleeves rolled up saying:* "let's think outside the box here! how can we add stupid toy gimmiks outside of the console box to draw their attention away from the crappy console inside, which is infact a retarded gamecube?" *board room ponder* "I know! How about we make it like a thing that you move and the thing inside the thing moves....... Then the stupid child-minded customers won't give a crap about the games, because there is a cute moving wabbit doing silly things on their tv!" *nintendo board room gasp in shock and awe* "zomfg are u StOOpiD!!!!!???!?! ...... of course you are, why else would we hire you" *many drinks later* "hell lets call it a Wii, its our last gen anyway"

I can't really choose, I sorta like them all equally since they all have their advantages. If female gamers come on the rise then Wii will definately win.
