Indie and XBLA Games are becoming more important to Xbox360 game library

There has definatly been a huge upgrade to Indie and XBLA games lately, some of them are all time favourites too

Yes in Japanese no less... however there are some decent JPRG's I would recommend Aphelion.

I think Dust Elysian tale is made by a developer from Japan

Personaly i think is terrible, in the XBLA RPG i am making i have scaling, but not per monster attributes, rather per monster type

So, when you are level 1 and go to an area, you meet some easy creatures, when say level 5 you will meet the same mosnters again, but also new harder monster types for extra challenge

That way you keep the feeling that you can kill the easy monsters since you are more powerfull, and also keep the challenge

i heard that kinect functionality will be available for indie games in the future. Hopefully it shows up when they do the upgraded resolution patch...

the arcade has had its years ,

the only 4 notable releases this year for me is quake arena perfect dark doom 2 and duke nukem manhatten project

oh and sonic so make that 5 , ,

Only ones I bought recently were limbo, super meat boy, and the guwange port - all 3 of which are incredible.

the only one I'm interested in next year is the radiant silvergun localization/port which should be incredible. Lets hope for it being a flawless port unlike ikaruga.

Limbo is also one of the best

And the good part is they are getting better and better and more are coming constatly, hopefully all that library will go to Windows 7 Phones at some point
