With Zelda, Street Fighter 6, Metroid Prime, Etrian Odyssey Collection, and Baten Kaitos Collection all out by the summer, this is a very decent year so far for me.

Pretty damn solid so far, especially with Hi Fi Rush, Bayonetta Origins, Fire Emblem Engage & SW Jedi Survivor.

I am always amazed seeing you, a massive sheep, not being into Zelda. Its just not right. It sounds funky.
@hardwenzen: I love Zelda, just not BOTW/TOTK. Not my style of Zelda.
Do you want me to give you bad news? This brainless open world formula is the future for the series.
@hardwenzen: Maybe the mainline series, but I'm sure we'll see more of the top-down Zelda's like Links Awakening too. I hope so anyway.

10M in 3 days. Forget about it.
I haven't been an active gamer in years, so the only new AAA game I've played this year so far is the RE4 Remake demo. But based on what I've seen and heard so far, 2023 looks like it's shaping up to be the best year since 2017. This might be a good time to get back into AAA gaming.
Its up there got the. best game ever made in zelda and spiderman 2 will be great and we also got psvr2 and it has a lotto good games already. Bad luck in that my psvr 2 broke after about 2.5 months though and now I am having to wait for a replacement. Been like 2 weeks already and still waiting for sony to get the headset back has it took like 10 days to just get the box from them to send it back.
@last_lap: One is a very unique and interesting game. The other is a remake of a game no one asked for.

One is for cat people and is a boring indie title the other is a remake of a highly respected game.
Personally I can live without both.
It's been a very good and enjoyable year so far. Resident Evil 4 remake has been pretty good, still got a long ways to go though. Also been enjoying some Company of Heroes 3 and Starship Troopers Extermination. Hogwarts Legacy was fantastic as was the Dead Space Remake.
Looking forward to Diablo 4 in a couple weeks.
