Absolutely not. Especially given the existence of the Halo Master Chief Collection, and all the content it offers for $50, TLOU Remastered looks like a positive rip off by comparison.
Pretty much this, unfortunately people will pay for this and the trend of releasing half assed re-releases will continue.
It worked with Windwaker HD. I can't blame publishers for pumping out GTA5, Tomb Raider, TLOU, etc. Just have to vote with the wallet or wait for the inevitable price drops.
Wind Waker HD was at the very least a game that was ten years old at the time of its release- it is presently possible to buy The Last of Us, as well as all of its DLC, for a currently active and supported system, for less than half the price of this 'remaster,' new.
Wind Waker HD was still modernizing a game that was two generations old- Sony does not get off scott free on The Last of Us because of that remaster's existence, as the situations are not comparable.
