Is anybody surprised about Gabe Newell's appearance?

Most likely faster updates and free DLC as Valve doesn't have to go through PSN to give it to the players.

I was mainly cause it was clear vaulve and him mainly hated the PS3 with a passion. Now if you may please give me left for dead on ps3. Thats the game I really want.

Well sure, that's pretty obvious seeing as the PS3 community has grown and opening up to the PS3 community will give them a lot more $$$ but anyway it doesn't mean that it isn't shocking to see a man who clearly expressed his hatred for a console now working with the company he bashed. It's unexpected, business is a reason but it doesn't mean it isn't shocking right?

Shocked? Heck yeah. The last place I expected him was at Sonys E3 conference.
