If it's anything like Turok 1 or 2 I'll pick it up when it comes out for PC, so to answer your question yes, because it's had two reviews, one 7 and one 9 so AA is good enough for me.
Not a hope. Sadly it's suffered the dreaded "reboot" that has become so commonpalce with developers nowadays. Might & Magic/ Heroes of Might & Magic both got it, despite having well developed and interesting stories and worlds, and now Turok got it too.
The original Turoks had an good ad unusual concept, with an interesting mythology in the game world, but now that's all been flung out the window for this legitimately generic and boring sci-fi story. Such a shame. When I think of Turok 1 and 2, I'm disappointed that there was so much potential for a really good next-gen installment, but that'll now never happen.

There is a modly thread out there making him bitter. In other news, I wish I had a good reason to spend 60$ on Turok. I looked pretty. I'm afraid, it's just not up to par :(
I am, for the 360. I played the Demo on the my OXM Disc, and it was awesome; it gave me that old school feeling, for some odd reason. It was kick ass, definitely 60$ well spent to me.

Because cows don't buy anything? :P Anywho, no I will not waste (Opinion) my money on this game. But I can guarantee some people will buy it and enjoy the hell out of it.
If I was needing a middling FPS for my 360 I'd go out and get Prey instead. It's cheaper and has the song "Don't Fear the Reaper". Seriously, I see no reason to get Turok at full price.
