is anyone else tired of "sony has won 2008 statement?"

i mean yes its impressive but i mean thats only because Microsoft AND Nintendo(people seem to forget that we don't know anything about nintendo's lineup either, i mean we know about wii fit and mario kart but that cant be it...) haven't released their games for 2008 yet, shouldn't we wait before making bold statements like that?

Its all opinion. One can argue that the PS3 lineup is better because the games appeal to them more. But fanboys are only going to babble on about scores which is why they say "consolex is unstoppable this year, console y sucks its got no AAAe"

The problem with that statement is that has he said we have no idea what coming on the Wii or 360 next year. We do know that MSG4 is coming out next year and that is amazing on it own. For me a reason to get the PS3 alone. But that changes little about what we know or don't know.

well ppl say son'y lineup has no games for 07...i think if it wasn't for they hype for halo, bioshock and super smash bros the sony's lineup would stand out..imo sony has a solid enough lineup for 07 to not get blown away by the competition...but in 08 sony has an amazing lineup

so far it seems that nintendo and microsoft are putting their focus in the year 07 while sony is concentrating in 08

At that time they didnt even know if they were going to bring the Halo franchise to PC, now that they do and they have a PC OS thats selling horribly they are probably going try try to bring it out as fast as possible so they can move some copies of vista. Halo 3 for PC will probably come out in 2008. But it doesnt even matter when it comes out for PC because th fact of the matter is that it will eventally come out for it.
