Is anyone sticking with one console this entire gen?

I might just make it. The ps3 is going to be a must own in a year or so to me, but it's still not there yet. By the time it actually becomes good microsoft will be announcing a new console and it won't matter. The 360 is still better right now and in the coming year. That's the thing. MS ahd the best conference and the best games this E3. This was supposed to be the year of the ps3 but i'm just not seeing it.

By the end of this generation I'm hoping to have owned all three. Whether or not I end the gen with all three is a different matter. I have yet to own a PS3, but I'm waiting for the slim.

same here. That's cool. I figure a lot of people have just ps3's. But i could be wrong. I've had just a 360 for 3 years. It's been hard holding off at times. But i think i've made teh right decision for me so far..

Most likely stick with just the Wii for a console. I also just bought a gaming rig, but I know how people always freak out about "consoles" here...

I've done fine so far with the Wii but I'd like to pick up a 360 when it's really cheap and get some of the great titles they've gotten over the years.

I will stick with the ps3 only , as others said lack of time is the problem ...I have a very good notebook btw..

I'm very happy with just a good PC and a Wii. I'd be hard pressed to find enough games on a PS3 or 360 that I wanted badly enough to justify getting another console.

Well I have a PS3 and a Wii (dam, should've gotten a 360 is what I was thinking a few months later :P ) and I've been tempted to get a 360, but keep telling myself I don't have the time for more games.

I am. The PS3 meets my gaming needs just fine.

Yeah, ps3 and pc combo. Barely have time to play game. Another console will bring unbalance in my work, less saving and relationship so no room 360 and wii exclusive for me.

I've had all three but I am just a PS3 owner now and am happy with that. I appreciate any all cool things the others do but at the end of the day PS3 is for me.

I've got a PS3 and a Wii. I think I'll be fine this gen without a 360. There are only a few 360 games that I really want. Besides, I've got friends and family members with 360s. Why waste my money buying one for myself when I can mooch off theirs? :P

I bought a PS3 a month ago and I think I made the right choice.:)

Ha, no. As a core gamer, I'd feel like I was missing out if I didn't own every system, as they all offer pros and cons.

this gen i only have the 360 and dont really see any reason to get another. I used to have at least 2 consoles: Nes/Mastersystem, Megadrive/Snes, Playstation/N64, Dreamcast/PS2/Xbox; but this gen 360 gets most games :D

Only have a Wii and have been happy with it for the most part. Was looking to pick up a 360 recently, but with summer school and upcoming fall semester I'll have no time lol..

No, I have the Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii.

But honestly, I think I would've been perfectly satisfied this gen with just the Xbox 360. It gets the lions share of my gaming time anyway and it's the system I buy all of my multiplats for.

I have a Playstation 3 and a very soon, excellent gaming Personal Computer. I need no more.

satisfied with my 360 and my gaming rig right now. I might get a ps3 once GoW 3 release, but ya im not getting it anytime soon yet if sony dont do something with the price tag.

I currently own a PS3 and a Wii. I used to own a 360 but it got the RROD and Microsoft treated me like crap so I sold it. I also own a DS and used to own a PSP which I sold. I will probably get a 360 at the end of this generation and pick up all the exclusives that interested me throughout the years (right now it's only Mass Effect, Gears, Fable 2, and Crackdown).

Honestly, I think I could easily survive this entire gen with either a 360 or a PS3. I might be able to make it with a Wii, but there will definitely be times of Jealousy when I see games Like Fallout 3 and Assassin's Creed on the other systems.

If I had to pick just one system, it would be the PS3, most of the big 3rd party games (i.e. Resident Evil 5, Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed, Dead Space, etc.) are multi-plat anyways and I like Sony's exclusives more then Microsoft's and I also like all the little extra's that the PS3 has (i.e. Blu-ray, ability to install Linux, web browser, built-in wifi, works with any laptop hard-drive such as the 500GB I have in mine :-) ).

I never buy more than one console so yup sticking with 360 to the end sonSyferonik

I'm sticking with my PS3. I'm not helping to fund a company that charges for online when others are free, has faulty hardware, and over prices their hdd.

Hell no, I'm an owner of all 3. Too many awesome exclusives this gen. :P

YEah PS3 i thinks tempted by a 360 but i have a PC so i can get most of the better 360 games on wither my PS3 or PC.
