I need to see more of The Division to be sure what we saw at E3 was real. It looked too good.
yeah, I don't trust Ubisoft E3 presentations
But in terms of graphics, that demo didn't lie. It was stunning.

yeah, but I'm not willing to accept that is what it will look like as a final product
I suspect that it will be the graphics king for a bit. Â I say "for a bit" because not many games stay in the top spot for very long. Â Hard to say if it will top Crysis 3 in terms of technical assets. Â
[QUOTE="silversix_"]Yeah, an age simulator sure gives you more options that's why all three games are so easy you can play them with one hand=more option/ Witcher 1 combat is basically pointing and clicking the mouse once or twice. You can play it with one finger. This is a gross misrepresentation of the Witcher's combat. You switch weapons, stances, use magic and unlock whichever combos you like. But you know this already... perhaps you just like being contrarian.[QUOTE="ShoulderOfOrion"] Fable gives you loads more options when it comes to character customization and development. I thought the demo looked incredible overall. Â I just re-watched it, and I can see what you're saying about the water. Â I don't think the boats' reaction to the waves was very realistic either. Â

It did look stunning. But Ubisoft have a record of downgrading visuals from the first demos to the final retail releases. Far Cry 3 is one example. Here, have a look.

This is depressing. Â I really like Far Cry 3, and think it's a very good-looking game. Â Sad that it could have been much better, and was advertised as such. Â

Me too. I think it is a great game and it looks really good, but not as good as we were led to believe.

Hmm... didn't know that before. I will be disappointed should that prove the case again, because The Division looked like a real step up for visuals.
I doubt that there will be many differences between the console versions and the PC version. Remember that this is on next gen consoles. On PC, it's possible.

As far as letting you make choices that directly control the story and characters no RPG made matches the Witcher 2.
Feel free to find them though.

stories are for books and movies. if you want to play a good game, go for Dark Souls.

And won't be at max settings either.:Pif its 720p as its rumored, the beefedup 7850 ps4 has should be able to run it maxed easilyIt's also at 60FPS, has 64 players and suppose to have new graphical features, max would be tough to pull off with all that.[QUOTE="mitu123"]

I didn't see anything so spectacular that wouldn't be possible on that resolution. X1 may have lowered settings but gaming on an almost 7870 in 720p with fixed hardware should assure 60fps (with some drops as always tho).[QUOTE="silversix_"]

that seems to be the only article that says that and it's not even from a quote. Reading the article it's unclear if that is a statment from DICE or the authors own statement

I checked a few more articles and it seems that an EA employee said that. Dunno how much he knows...He could be a manager who knows nothing about games. Guess we will just have to wait for official ps4 footage. Please Log In to post.
