Is Death Stranding PS4 exclusive now?

I don't think PC version has been confirmed or cancelled but...

Amazon has removed PC listing of the game. Wikipedia has removed PC. Gamespot says it's PS4 exclusive. Guerrilla is making the engine and working together with Kojima Production to create the game. Death Stranding is now trademarked by Sony.

I honestly thought it's timely exclusive but then again, I really can't say much on Death Stranding with little to no details on the game itself. Let's just hope Sony show some gameplay at E3 2017 before we can discuss on this.

Weird, I just looked on Gamespot, IGN and Wiki and both show it still coming to PC. Complete opposite of what the TC wrote

Death Stranding was announced at E3 2016 during Sony's briefing. The game is a console exclusive for PS4, but will also come to PC.

Game should be out sometime before 2019.

Its still listed for PC at IGN and almost every other gaming site.

@navyguy21: it was too big for the 360 because of the DVD and language packs. They could have removed those and the HD sound bits and put the game on 2 or 3 DVDs.

That's because a game that was previously multiplat was suddenly exclusive for only a month or two. This is a brand new IP. MS did the same with Scalebound and nobody lost their minds.

Sony owns the IP but there's a deal in place to release it on pc sometime after, ala Helldivers and Rapture.

It was announced at E3 that it was coming to Windows after the debut on PS4.

Hideo Kojima made an appearance at the Sony E3 press conference to announce Kojima Productions' new game and his first since leaving Konami, Death Stranding.

We don’t have much beyond an eerie trailer in which Norman Reedus picks up a cyber baby (he may have given birth to) on an ashy beach and cries. Some figures appear in the sky and the camera pans out to reveal a whole bunch of dead marine life. Be good to marine life, you guys.

We don’t know if or when it’s coming to PC, but back in December when Kojima Productions opened house, a Q&A went up for a bit that said it would only be a timed PS4 exclusive to appear on PC at a later date. That Q&A went down shortly after, but we’re not giving up hope yet

Update: A Kojima Productions Q&A posted by PlayStation's EU Community Manager has confirmed that Kojima's new project will be coming to PC, but only after a stint on PS4. The length of the exclusivity period was not coughed up.
