what is the matter with you? He is right, the word and general meaning of "epic" are usually looked to as a defining moment of entertainment. Gamers tend to rely on it too much in my opinion. I love epic experiences, but I want to see the videogame industry diversify.[QUOTE="RadecSupreme"]
Found another thing to bash or to make seem maintstream to try and make yourself unique?

To be honest I find the most "Epic" experiences come when the devs don't try to flaunt how epic the game is suspose to be. I think that because devs are also gamers this becomes a problem. They want the same epic gamers want (being gamers of course) hence they try to go for that. Sometimes I feel like a game that isn't trying to be epic can give you a really memorable moment that while it isn't that rush of energy like experience is really unique. But I don't see diversity in the industry itself coming from big budgets unless its Sony tbh. Most of that stuff will be indie. I think for the most part Sony is the only publisher who has the money and is willing to fund something more out there. (though we did get S&P2 :D )
