Will it be a waste of money?
Depends on what you like to play , how much you play games , and how much money you have. Nike_Air ^^^ this, how can we make that decision for you?
If you are interested in PS3 exclusives, buy it. Plus you could split the time on multi-plats saving some life on both consoles.
make a list of games you want for the PS3 then ask yourself "is it worth buying a PS3 for these games?"
Certainly not right now for there is barely any good games, now on the other hand xbox 360 has a whole lot more. Plus the exquisite games only come out the 360 and/or PC, therefor I stay with my original thought.
Ofcourse it is i wont RROD,i got good games(not multiplatforms),its the most powerful system 8) (not even a high end pc touchs ps3 graphics)
If you want Blu-Ray movies and a couple exclusives it's worth it. If you don't care about HD movies at all though, it's probably not worth it.
I don't think it is, unless you really want MGS4 and some other exclusives, go for a different console or a lot of 360 games
