Is it worth buying an xbox 1? (Already own PC)

You say you own a PC, but the real question is "Do you own a Windows 10 machine?"

If the answer is yes and you care not for Sunset Overdrive or Halo, then No you do not need an Xbox One.

Most of Xbox One's main Exclusives can be found on the Windows 10 Store and/or Steam so really in the end it's not worth getting one.

Battlefield 1, Gears 4, an additional controller on top of an Xbox One S??!?!?!?!?!!? You are basically paying $79 for the console. I would say that's worth it.

of course it is , if you like playing multiplayer with a controller, or if you want to have fifa legends,

or if you just don't like playing on a pc, like myself.

@GoldenElementXL: Good bundle, except you have to play the games on XB1 and not PC. So, there is not much value there. :P

Haha. Well yes, folks with a capable PC should play the games there. Especially BF1. Gears 4 makes up for things with HDR on a 4K TV. It actually makes a big difference, kind of evening out the 60+fps advantage the PC enjoys. If anything, $79 for a 4K UHD Bluray player is a steal. And if the games don't interest you, controllers get you $25 cash at Gamestop, BF1 gets $22 and $19 for Gears 4 Get $76 bucks back, worst case scenario and this deal still only costs $173 for an Xbox One, 4K player with a controller. Its becoming quite clear how M$ has been winning NPD as of late. They are giving these damn things away.

PC and Xbox is probably the worst combination value wise.

PC and Ps4 is the best.

You get to play the majority of MS 1st party games and you get all the sony 1st party games.

If you like movies, sure.

Otherwise, no.

Yeah, I wouldn't depend on SW for your answer bro. Just look at what the system offers, see if you'll get enough out of it to justify the purchase, and go from there.

Personally, I can't see why a PC gamer would pick up an Xbone unless they're really into Halo or have a bunch of buddies on XBL. But that's just me.

LOL. This post is just confirmation of the Xbone being not worth it. You going all defensive about it despite TC just asking if it's worth it or not. Must be an attack by TC on the Xbone right? It can't really be anything else, since the Xbone sucks so much.

Don't get me wrong, the PS4 is really fucking lame as well. Both consoles are junk if you have a PC.

And every Nintendo system after 2006 has been about 10.000 times more worth it than Xbone. What is there on Xbone? Halo? It sucked, next. Forza? A racing sim. Epic yawn. The rest? Better on PC. Wait, Forza is on PC too now right? And 50% of Halo as well, lol. Nintendo always has at least a bunch of fantastic first-party games on their systems.
