Since I have a go, personally I enjoy it enough. Typical response from a critic is something along the lines of. Psp is a jack of all trades. Does good in all, excels in next to nothing. Ds is almost strictly games which is great. Its what a handheld should be. Gaming on the go.
But say you want a movie, music, even dare I say pics for your viewing pleasure..Couldnt possibly be more of a suck up there, I know, Its simply fantastic. Take it from me buddy, I hated the first psp. Worst gaming purchase for me personally next to the gamecube( Let the flaming being for my opinion.) Bought the go and love it. No hassle of game luggage or anything except maybe the charger in a small package. Its sleek and has enough space to last you a while plus an extra external memory chip. Oh baby. Best handheld purchase Ive made and Ive owned nearly all of them at some point.
If you are even thinking about it go...GO*. Best big hits like gow3, portable ops, megaman M.H.X, motorstorm, kz..Anything. You have my recommendation. Its up to you. Think long before you make a decision though. Get the original: Good deal with hassle and possibility of it dying out sooner than later. Get a go. Pricey, risky to your preference taste, but its a sweet nectar that I aint had from a handheld in a while.

I agree. I have both a DS and PSPgo so I can use both. I somewhat use my PSP more, though I need to get some anime on it. Lol.I have owned an original PSP when it was released, and had fun with it. Unfortunately, the sheer size of the thing threw me off. I hated how big it was, and it's size actually ended up being the reason my original PSP broke on me (fell out of my pocket and got ruined...because a handheld couldn't fit in my coat pocket...).
Three days ago, I purchased a Go, and I love it. I don't understand the hate behind the thing. I can understand why current PSP owners wouldn't want it, but if you don't have UMD's, it's awesome (I ended giving mine to my brother-in-law, since I was PSP-less). All Sony has to do is keep releasing PSP games (new and old) on PSN, like they have been consistently, and it will be on par with the PSP-3000 over time. I love the size, the new control layout, and it just looks all around bad-ass.
Indeed. PSPgo is quite sweet for a handheld, though I need more money to buy some anime and some games, lol... maybe a movie as well.
