Platinum - it's not even that I love all their games, more up to this point have they have done their own thing and done it well.

Insomniac - Been making good to great games for 20+ years now. Ratchet on PS2 and Sunset Overdrive being my favorites and Spiderman looks fairly promising (have yet to play it)

Bioware - Mass Effect trilogy. These days .... ehh

Nintendo - hate them as hardware maker/ publisher but can't deny their greatness as devs

I like Rockstar and I recognize the quality of their games but I generally don't really play their games. That said, this was super difficult and my last three could probably change or swap with another dev I can't think of off the top of my head.
