Is The Last Of Us A Pedo Love Story?

when they first unveiled it I thought ellie was joel's daughter but now its revealed its just some girl he saved along the way. I don't think its gonna be a full-on love story between them but does anyone think its going to be an implied romance?

its the damn apocalypse. like 90% of humans have been wiped out. ellie is probably the only chick he's seen in months (and she's around him all the time). the rule of law is out the window at that point. you think joel isn't gonna want to tap that? it would be unrealistic in that senario if naughty dog didn't go there with the story. have joel struggle with it like leon the professional. that would be brilliant storytelling imo

The idea is that he builds a daughter father relationship with her. Even by nature, you don't want to do your daughter.

It would not be "unrealistic" for the main character to not contemplate having sex with a girl young enough to be his daugher...

It would be possible...but hardly a necessity for a believeable story.
