I don't know if the psp 3000 is good for jogging, but I love my ipod touch for jogging. I bought some new ear buds with more bass and it's good to go. I guess because it was made for that sort of thing.
well, considering its size... you'd be better off getting a cheap mp3 player.

I'd watch woot.com for low-priced players. They're always selling Sandisks for cheap.
I don't know if its the most recommendable if you plan on just listening to music but it definately isnt unpheasible. If you're worried about it falling I got a great plastic case. It makes it considerably larger but it has space for the PSP, 2 UMDs, 2 memory sticks, and slots for the buttons and earphones. [QUOTE="jUmphrey26"][QUOTE="kkevguy47k"]

I think the psp is way too large to jog with, get a small mp3 player.
not the new shuffle, it's simply horrible for jogging, one of worst mp3 players you can get on the market.\An iPod Shuffle is perfect for jogging.

Anyway PSP is too bulky, even ipod touch/iphone are troublesome on longer distances.
For jogging get a small mp3 player... preferably either one of stick Walkmans or Sansa clip
not unless you want to break it, its far too bulky for a start, and if it falls it could quite easily break, get an mp3 player or an Ipod for cheap, I cant begin to count the amount of times my Ipod fell during my jogging, and it still works.
