Yeah but they had some issues at launch :P considering we've got games running on the console at comparable performance to the current gen offerings make me think its within the next 6 months anyway, not to mention its one of the most lucrative times for sales full stop.

They will announce exact price, date & reveal tons of stuff about Wii U hardware as well as hand out the finalized software lineup.

It has already been confirmed that it's launching in 2012, the aim is to get it out in NA in time for black friday, they said this in an investor meeting after E3.

Nintendo loves silence. Even more so in recent times.

Wii U will launch in Q4 2012, worldwide. Nintendo has a shtload of content releasing in 2013. They just refuse to talk about "for competitive reasons".

It's quiet annoying as a fan.

A game that is hyped here but doesn't flop in the Score can Flop in Sales.

Like the Vita. It's everything you want for a Handheld, but it's been Flopping since it launched.

Delayed how? What about Wii U do you think was delayed? The release date?

Arent they having production issues? Either way I wont be getting it till next year ( New Zealand and Australia ) , unless its a worldwide release.

Its still coming out this year....Nintendo just announces these things really late nowadays. It happened with the Wii too. I don't know why they wait so long though.
