To me there is no game out there that is perfect. I want to know if any game is worth a perfect score. Tell me what game and what system it is on.

Yeah plenty of games deserve to score a 10. Obviously there's never going to be a perfect game but the entire thing is relative anyways. 10 just means it's the best game compared to all others. Current trends are just retarded with 7-9 being like %90 of games. Can't tell anything from scores.
some would argue brawl, Halo 3 and such.
i would agree with brawl, but if any game truely deserved it it would be super mario world.
There are many IMO. Zelda: OOT, Final Fantasy X, Kingdom Hearts, and RE4.
Onimusha 3 would get a AAA rating though. =)
There are many games that deserve 10/10 , and that doesn't mean they are perfect.Tykainyes i agree. There are 10/10 games that are better than others as well. It all comes down to opinions though. Not all people like Final Fantasy VII, but to many, including me, it was the greatest game of its age. I still love that game. I imagine that GTA IV could be a game like that as well. But again, its all opinion.
Ok rethinking my post based on 10 being not perfect but closest you can get.
I would say any game that redefined its genre, redefined video games or was just completely awesome.
Some I would include.
Super Mario Bros.
Half Life
Final Fantasy
These are 3 games I would rate a 10, due to the fact that they changed something about how we understand and play video games. If people just make a perfect version of an already existing idea then they only deserve a 9.
The problem with calling a game perfect is that it wont be perfect for very long. If its that good, not only will there be sequels that do the same thing, but better, but there will also be billions of copycats.
I guess what helps each individual decide what is perfect is the kind of experience they had. Nostalgia plays a role in this.
For me, it would be Super Mario Brothers 3. The original was my first console experience, but was clunky. 2 was just weird. 3, though, was absolutely perfect. Even now, I can go back and play it through to completion without getting bored. Super Mario World just tweaked the formula.
Its why I love Super Mario Galaxy so much. Playing that game, I was so coloured with nostalgia because of the constant reminders of Super Mario 3. Even the airship music was the same. Ahh, that openning cutscene.... :)
Phantasy Star Online ep. 1 and 2
Morrowind
Zelda OOt
Banjoo kazooie
Kirlok
NO!
Sorta off topic: Have u played ES:II daggerfall ?
On topic: Dead rising :P and if anything I would say tennis for two, back in that time no one knew what a flaw in a video game was
I simply do not understand the people that say that no game has never deserved a ten and no game will ever deserve a ten. If that's the case every critic mine as well just discard the 1-10 rating scale entirely. And instead use those awful 5 star rating systems or report card type grade scale. Or perhaps change the scale to a 1-9.5 point range. The 10 does not have to mean perfection! The 10 should be considered with extreme caution, but it shouldn't be impossible for a game to achieve it, and it isn't.
In all my years of gaming I personally reward three games worthy of the 10 rating:
Resident Evil 4 [Gamecube]
Super Mario All-Stars [SNES]
Super Mario Galaxy [Wii]
And this isn't my top 3 games of all time or anything. RE4 is my favorite game, but Metroid Prime, a game I do not give a 10 rating, is my second favorite game.
