Metal Gear Solid 4 and Final Fantasy XIII are third party games.

And since they developed multiplatform on the Playstation 2, you can wager safely that they will port their games to the Xbox360 and/or PC post-release to tidy up their profits.

I don't think Konami regret their decision at all, but that haven't been shy about wanting to go 360 and make MGS4 multiplat.

Every large hardware company has had a flop, I believe it may be Sony's turn.

No, and i don't think we'll see one until the ps3 starts selling more. off-topic, i dunno why but i started to hate capcom after releasing RE4 for some reason, i felt like RE4 wasn't a RE game at all, and i even got more disappointed after watching the RE5 trailer, i think its gonna be RE4 all over again. i hated this whole cool-macho-one man army thing they did in RE4 and in the trailer of re5, "I have a job to do, and i'm gonna see it through"....ya right, i wonder what ever happened to the RE team after they were done with code veronica.thejakel11225

There are still a lot of High quality games made by capcom for the Ps3, very few third party devs makes games exclusive games for consoles now days, everything is at least on either 2 consoles or PC+Console and regardless,the Ps3 is doing great right now with mostly First Party Titles and will do even better when major hitters come soon from several companies, anyway The third party support the Ps3 Is getting is far better than the garbage the Wii Gets all the time,the Ps3 came to stay whether you like it or not, enjoy your party games and last gen overpriced hardware :wink:
