Nope. Even when I was going to buy it the game still wouldn't dominate my play time and now after the whole dedicated servers fiasco I'm not going to buy the game at all
Maybe if i can get away from Uncharted 2 MP.. Right now im hooked on elimination deathmatch mode in Uncharted 2. I love 3rd person cover shooters a lot more than FPS, like Gears and Uncharted are awesome shooters.. MW2 will be good but im not as hyped as i should be for it..
Modern Warfare 2, Demon's Souls, Ratchet and Clank ACIT, Uncharted 2 and Killzone 2 are gonna be getting all my play time. MW2 will probably be played the most.
No interest in this shallow shooter, bring on bad company 2 though.Birdy09
I agree with this guy. I'll reserve judgment before officially dubbing it "Modern Rehash 2", but still, the multiplayer and campaign trailers for BC2 look totally boss. I played the demo for the first game and didn't really think it stood out, but the look and the feel I'm getting from the gameplay reminds me a lot of Killzone 2 in that it seems really grounded in making you feel like you're in a war.

Nah, no interest in MW2 whatsoever. The last trailer was really good, but if I do ever play it, then it'll be used. No money for Activision.

for the first time since u had your Scion Avatar i completely agree with you were you both planning on getting it for pc?i thought about pc version but would get the ps3 one just for the friends i have......but the game is just cod 4 with snow mobiles and nothing else really new

R&C ACiT also has new story mode, physics, guns, gameplay, etc.

ya thats what i ment like the new destruction models in BFBC2....level a bulding completley blowing up walls to fine the campers hiding inside or to make a quick path to defend....sorry but this game wont be a purchase for me....money for this could go to better use like AC2 L4D2 and Ratchet
I am not playing **** all right now, its REDICULOUS! The last good game i bought was arkham asylum, ever since then there hasn't been a game that my xbox 360 can play that I've actually felt was worth an investment... Borderlands is best played with friends (everyones waiting for MW:2), and i'm not a fan of racing games, so i'm kinda SOL until novemeber 10th. On the plus side I have an essay due the 9th and then NOTHING until the 18th (at which point i have 2 midterms a week until the end of the semester, meaning I'll have to beat assassin's creed 2 VERY FAST!)
Well, I'm getting MW2 on PS3 so, yes, probably. Quite a few will be set aside for me to play some sp/mp of that. But only for a week or so. I'll get back into them. :)
More the like copy of MW2 I don't buy will collect dust at the store. Not really though since this game will sell like hotcakes. I doubt the copy I don't buy will be on the store shelves for long.
I hate COD so much. It would be fien if the game scored 7.0 and 8.0s and all the versions where equal, and activision was a good company, and it sold less than 1 mil, i would be fine with it. But since its the excact oppposite it doesnt deserve anyones buy.
