Regarding OOT.

The story in VII (in a nut shell) consisted of some Whiny femme boy getting pissed becasue he found out he was a test tube baby and decided to go all Emo and blow up the world cuz he was sad. XII's was better written, was more mature and made all the previous final fantsies stories and characters look sophmoric. TP's story was better for the same reasons. the zelda audience has grown up, and the darker tone of the game was the best the series has ever seen.
The best Zelda game, as in how it fits in the series, hell yeah. As in the best game that happens to be named Zelda, i don't know. You'd surely enjoy TP more, these days,
I think OoT had more moments that made me say "now this is awesome" and just felt more complete than Twilight Princess, which had plenty of it's own moments. But in my opinion Ocarina, while graphically outdated, is still the gold standard by which all other action-adventure games should be judged.

C'mon, the sphere grid was awesome and you can't tell me you didn't love playing blitzball?

FFXII Is weak, all the characters are identical in terms of skills and abilities. The story is pretty same ol' save the world from misguided royalty. As for FF7, it's epic. Great Magic system, gave tons of combonations. Fun mini-games, plenty of secrets and sides. FFXII had monster hunts, wooooo...
Twilight Princess is my favorite. Ocarina is amazing, but Twilight Princess surpasses it in every way I can think of. It's kinda like comparing Perfect Dark to Goldeneye. PD 64 is clearly the superior game, but most prefer Goldeneye simply because it was their first experience.
